Chicken Nugget Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2kg of fresh chicken
- ½ glass of soft bread flour
- 1 ounce of onion
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- ¾ kg of rough bread flour
- 7 eggs
- ½ kg of wheat flour
Process:
Minced the meat until soft,
seasoning with onion, salt, and pepper. Then seasonings mixed into the meat
that has been smoothed by adding bread flour and 5 eggs. Next mixed all the
ingredients. After that, put it in the pan and steam about 45 minutes. Then,
chill it at room temperature. After chilled, then sliced squares and dip into
wheat flour + 2 eggs that have been seasoned with salt and onion. After that,
dip into rough bread flour. Put in the freezer, or directly fried. And chicken nuggets
are ready to serve with mayonnaise or chili sauce.
