Rissoles Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250 gr flour
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
- Vegetables oil
Method:
- Put a big bowl, mix the flour, eggs, salt, pepper, vegetables oil, and water well.
- Preheat the pan, then poor the dough about 1 big scope and stir it slightly like you make crepes but not too thin.
- Cook it with low heat.
- If the wrapped is dry enough until you can remove it from the pan.
- So, it's already cooked. Remove from the pan and turn over.
