Wrapped Rissoles Recipe



Ingredients:
  • 250 gr flour
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water
  • Vegetables oil
Method:
  1. Put a big bowl, mix the flour, eggs, salt, pepper, vegetables oil, and water well.
  2. Preheat the pan, then poor the dough about 1 big scope and stir it slightly like you make crepes but not too thin.
  3. Cook it with low heat.
  4. If the wrapped is dry enough until you can remove it from the pan.
  5. So, it's already cooked. Remove from the pan and turn over.
