Homemade Indonesian Mayonnaise Rissoles Recipe

 Ingredients:
  • 25 wrapper
  • 3 leeks, slice it slightly
  • 7 sausage, slice it slight
  • Mayonnaise
  • 25 gram of bread crumbs
  • 4 egg whites (beaten)

Make the healthy rissoles:
  1. Take one rissoles wrapper then add the filling (leek, sausage, and the mayonnaise) in the bottom
  2. Fold the wrapper over the left side, and then the right side too.
  3. Roll it up until the form is like a tube.
  4. Repeat until all the wrappers are finished.

Dipping the rissoles:
  1. Dip the rissoles into beaten egg, and then coat them with beard crumbs.
  2. Wait about 10 minutes until the coat is already adhere.
  3. And then put them on fridge, fried them with a low heat
  4. The last, set aside and use the tissue paper to absorb the oil.
  5. Finally, homemade Indonesian mayonnaise rissoles are ready to serve. Moreover, this is healthy and yummy snack.
