- Color
Commonly, the color of the outer part
of nugget is white or yellow until orange. Choose nugget which has white or not
depth color of orange. Nugget with strong color might use coloring substance.
- Texture
When nugget is pressed, it is little
bit sticky and the grain will be easily peeled. Otherwise nugget with
particular substance is elastic and dry.
- Aroma
When healthy chicken/fish nugget is
cut, the smell will be the same with the ingredients used. But if nugget mixed
with unclear substance, the smell of nugget ingredients is hard to trace.
- Saving time
If nugget with original ingredients is
put in room, it will be expired in 1 up to 2 days. But, nugget with some
addition substance still can be eaten up to 4 days.
