Frying Snack I
The use of cooking oil make unhealthy in our
healthy snack. Besides that the healthy snack color change into black. Mommy can still serve healthy snack for
family; healthy snack, and practical serving. Cooking oil should be used for
frying twice.
Well ... It is better
to fry the healthy snack little by little. We are recommended using a maximum
of cooking oil for frying 2 times, and then replace it with a new one.
Sometimes we do not need to wait up to 2 times to change the frying oil. Oil
should be replaced if it shows the following changes: oil becomes dark, forming
a lot of foam (the bubbles cover the surface oil) when frying, quickly forming
a white smoke when frying, the smell of cooking oil is changed. There are many
factors that will determine whether oil can be used up to 2 times or not,
including the characteristics of fried foods, oils and use frying vessel design
and how frying is done.
