Homemade Tuna Nugget Recipes
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg of tuna
- 500 grams of tapioca flour
- 6 eggs beaten off (use white eggs only)
- ¼ kg of garlic
- 6 tablespoons of garlic oil
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Coatings:
- 750 grams of rough bread flour
- 10 white eggs beaten off
How to make:
- Puree tuna and garlic until smooth using a chopper, set aside.
- Then mix the tuna meat, garlic oil, tapioca flour, salt, pepper.
- Pour the batter into the baking pan that has been oiled, steamed for 30 minutes and cooked, remove and let cool.
- After the batter cold, wrapped them with white egg and roll into bread flour. Do it twice, until the dough empty.
- Store them in freezer until frozen.
- Then fried them until become golden brown, remove from heat and serve.
- Homemade tuna nuggets are ready to serve.
