Homemade Tuna Nugget Recipes

 Ingredients:
  • 1.5 kg of tuna
  • 500 grams of tapioca flour
  • 6 eggs beaten off (use white eggs only)
  • ¼ kg of garlic
  • 6 tablespoons of garlic oil
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Coatings:
  • 750 grams of rough bread flour
  • 10 white eggs beaten off

How to make:
  1. Puree tuna and garlic until smooth using a chopper, set aside.
  2. Then mix the tuna meat, garlic oil, tapioca flour, salt, pepper.
  3. Pour the batter into the baking pan that has been oiled, steamed for 30 minutes and cooked, remove and let cool.
  4. After the batter cold, wrapped them with white egg and roll into bread flour. Do it twice, until the dough empty.
  5. Store them in freezer until frozen.
  6. Then fried them until become golden brown, remove from heat and serve.
  7. Homemade tuna nuggets are ready to serve.
