Ingredients
:
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 300 milli liter of milk
- 30 grams of cornstarch
- 100 grams of margarine
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of flavoring
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice

- ½ teaspoon of pepper
How
to make :
- Boil
the milk, mix the cornstarch, stirring constantly, after it thickens add the
egg yolks, mix well, remove from heat and let cool.

cool, add the margarine, mustard, lemon juice, flavoring, pepper, and salt.

olive oil
- 2 egg yolks

to make :
- Beat
